Trying to send a return
After many days of frustration & several conversations I was told I would get an email to help me with my return. Trying to return some items has been a nightmare!
It's obvious Noracora doesn't like fooling with returns & makes it very difficult! If you're not sure it fits, don't order it!
This does not solve the problem with trying to finish the return. I finished all the information & when I got to the bottom of the page there was no way to finish the transaction, no where to click. My return, I don't think, is complete?
I finally reached the page for returns. After filling out all the information, there was nowhere to finish, nowhere to click!
I have been trying to return my items for days, and Noracora has made it totally difficult! It's obvious you don't like fooling with returns!

SCAM ALERT! You
BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased items from NoraCora on March 30, 2020.
It took 2 months for the merchandise to arrive. I understood that, in light of the Pandemic. My purchase was delivered to the USPS on May 29, 2020. The items were poor quality, and not at all as depicted on their website.
I asked to return this purchase as per NoraCoras stated Return Policy.. The Return Policy clearly states that purchases can be returned within 15 days of DELIVERY. I wrote NoraCora for a return label. I got an email from Christine Wu telling me that I could not return the purchase, and that returns must be made within 15 days of SHIPPING.
First of all, that was a lie. Period. Secondly, it would not be possible to make returns within 15 days of shipping for this purchase; It came from China. I pointed this out to Ms Wu.
She changed her story a few more times, offering me 15% of the purchase price if I would take cash. Yeah, right. A Return Label was never sent. Thank God for AmEX, who is handling this dispute now entirely.

Wrong fabric
I am very disappointed in my op. it took a long time to arrive, and it is not the same fabric as in the photo.
It's mostly blue and white with Gray. In the photo are tans and grays and blue.
I'm asking for a refund. This is the first ipoor clothing piece I've received from noracora.I've had good luck with everything else please contact me Kimfisher035@***.com

I have made a few purchases. There is always something wrong with the order. No phone number and will not let your email be submitted.
They mess up the orders and you cannot get in contract in any form with them. Very upsetting. Will never order from them again.

Trying to send a return
Im trying to return some items. It keeps telling me my email & order number dont match.
Its the same email i used when i placed my order.
Ive tried reaching out but have not found any resolution to this problem. HELP!!

Good morning. I received my order and it is not what I expected.
I ordered the white with black trim and I got cream with black trim.
The lace blouse was only lace in the front and not on the back. I am not pleased and would like to return the items.

SCAM ALERT !!! NORACORA, ZOLUCKY, ROSELINLIN all seem to be the same company.
I placed an order, everything had been photoshopped. size small arrived XXL, quality POOR, false advertisement, shipping was free but the return would cost approx. $116.00 per 2 #'s, was told it would have to go thru customs which could delay the return date. Still awaiting partial credit on my credit card.
China is taking advantage of America, I will never order anything else without checking to see where it originates from. GOOD LESSON !!
I had a similar issue. I had ordered 5 dresses that were very pretty on the site and total garbage out of the package.
To return the merchandise, it had to be shipped BACK TO CHINA.
That would have been a small fortune! Instead, I put the stuff in a Goodwill bin.
Was going to buy a cute top but have changed my mind, will even uninstall app, not willing to take that chance. thank you
I experienced the same things. What I received was pure junk and so, so, cheap looking, and the image depicted did not accurately reflect what was shipped. Also, it would have cost more to shop it back than I paid the the top.
All these China companies are scams. I had the exact same experience.

I noticed that Zolucky, Roselinlin, Noracora all three sell the same clothes. I’m glad I looked them up. I uninstalled the Noracora app.
I agree they have offered me from 10% up to 40% this last email. I doubt if I would even get anything.
I receive a shirt with all the names of Jesus on it. Imagine my surprise when I noticed a mispelled word.
It should have read Wonderful Counselor, it was on the shirt as Wonderful Councellor.
That is such a stupid mistake that instead of getting angry I sat and laughed for 10 mins! How does no one in the entire process of making a product centered around names not catch a spelling error??

I too had a issue with a skirt I ordered from them in Oct. 2021, guess what it never arrived and after repeated e-mails back and forth they only gave me a partial refund. Please do not order from this company their return is a crock of !!!!.
Yes- I was duped by this company as well. They make you return merchandise to China which is extremely expensive.
