I am trying to get in touch with customer service in order to do a return. Their return policy is not clear or easy to use.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased items from NoraCora on March 30, 2020.
It took 2 months for the merchandise to arrive. I understood that, in light of the Pandemic. My purchase was delivered to the USPS on May 29, 2020. The items were poor quality, and not at all as depicted on their website.
I asked to return this purchase as per NoraCoras stated Return Policy.. The Return Policy clearly states that purchases can be returned within 15 days of DELIVERY. I wrote NoraCora for a return label. I got an email from Christine Wu telling me that I could not return the purchase, and that returns must be made within 15 days of SHIPPING.
First of all, that was a lie. Period. Secondly, it would not be possible to make returns within 15 days of shipping for this purchase; It came from China. I pointed this out to Ms Wu.
She changed her story a few more times, offering me 15% of the purchase price if I would take cash. Yeah, right. A Return Label was never sent. Thank God for AmEX, who is handling this dispute now entirely.

I ordered about $300 in sweaters and knits. It turns out that the photos are not what you get; it's like they photocopied images of a knit pattern on cheap fabric.
The sizing is way off, and trying to return something is impossible.
Sweatshirts are polyester and very cheap. I highly advise anyone to not waste your money, ladies.

I got "no return" from Noracora. I was planning to wear theseitems for christmas activities.
Because I didn't have the info they asked for they refused to give me permission to send back their tops. Today my husband called and they listened and said they would call them back.
This has not happened yet. Hopefully they will.
I have been trying to return 2 tops that were to small.
All I wanted was a phone number to get a return label.

Bad Experience
- Two shirts arrived slowly; one was late.

DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA! YOU'LL GET THE SHAFT!
First of all, it took forever for my 2 shirts to come. Then one of the shirts came a week later than the first one. I then knew it was coming from a foreign country. They were made of cheap material and didn't fit right.
When I wanted to send them back they offered a 60% refund and I could keep the shirts.
If I wanted all my money back, I had to pay a shipping fee of $7.99. Despite their instructions, I have never figured out how to print a label and send them back.

Reason for return: The pockets are so low I can't reach them, and if my hand is not in them to hide the poor construction/sewing, they take away from the niceness of the dress. The very odd pockets are a real problem that ruins the whole dress.

I too have had trouble with this company. The merchandise is inferior and the possibility of return is almost zero. I got offered a 15% cash back onto my credit card, which I took--I am donating the blouse.

I placed an order, everything had been photoshopped. size small arrived XXL, quality POOR, false advertisement, shipping was free but the return would cost approx. $116.00 per 2 #'s, was told it would have to go thru customs which could delay the return date. Still awaiting partial credit on my credit card.

I receive a shirt with all the names of Jesus on it. Imagine my surprise when I noticed a mispelled word.
It should have read Wonderful Counselor, it was on the shirt as Wonderful Councellor.

I had a similar issue. I had ordered 5 dresses that were very pretty on the site and total garbage out of the package.
To return the merchandise, it had to be shipped BACK TO CHINA.
That would have been a small fortune! Instead, I put the stuff in a Goodwill bin.
